The Philosopher Ibn Khaldoun has stated in his Muqadima that 'One must use effectively, the free time of experts'. iSource taken onboard this Aphorism in light of 'Return of Investment' and Modern Global Business and encourages the diversification of structured networking power allowing a cooperation of experts to interlock and do what they are best at.

  As CEO, I encourage our company and our employees to bear the highest forms of standards and we take a team based 'constructive critique' attitude. We have some of the most advanced infrastructure and processes in place that allow us to work without prompt and efficiently. We also encourage educating our clients as ultimately our clients appreciate this but we also become far more productive with understand standard operating procedures.

All of our Project Managers are well versed with many project management methodologies and constantly using new tools. Our Analysts, Technical Coordinators, Business Coordinators and Project Managers are all carefully selected and we invest considerably into their development. In particular we also have high expectations, and you can expect strong leadership, structured problem solving, analytical awareness from all our employees.
