Quality Commitment

At iSource one of our most important values is our quality commitment. We strive in excelling every aspect of quality commitment whether that’s for the end delivery or for the way we work. We don't like organisations asking us to defer our quality in view of cost.

For us, in every project it is important for us to continuously assess the quality of the developing product with respect to its functionality, usability, reliability and performance. In order to ensure customer satisfaction by timely delivery of high quality products and services iSource has established a number of Quality Management Systems and Processes which provides for:

  • Planned and systematic set of problem-prevention activities that modify development processes to prevent introduction of roadblocks.
  • Monitoring and improving the development process, making sure that any agreed-upon standards and procedures are followed, and ensuring that any problems and flaws are detected and resolved.

Our Consultants are strong in picking up problems before they have even happened and able to hence make any project lifecycle smooth with lots of re-planning and careful management.

iSource Development Processes have been designed according to International and Industry Standards and we constantly on the look for new initiatives. Whilst quality is the responsibility of every iSource employee, we maintain an independent quality assurance team actively participating in all phases of application development to ensure consistency in requirements, designs and implementations.
