Multimedia Methodology

From inception, we have always been not only process driven but also have adapted the processes depending upon the project and business processes of the client. With us, you have the confidence of working within your business processes. Typically, our process consists of:

• Requirement Gathering (Our Q6 approach)
  During this phase, we go through intensive client interaction to discover what the problem/opportunity is and what the related problems are.
• Project Definition
  A detailed definition of the system along with system processes and dependencies is made during this phase. Estimate and schedules are also drawn up.
• Prototyping
  After the project definition team sits and jots down creative ideas to prototype the parts of the system that face most uncertainty and ambiguity through client interaction.
• Clients feedback & Status updation
  During each phase of the project client is kept updated continuously about the progress and feedback is taken for any changes or suggestions.  This is done through out the project.
• Implementation
  The actual system is developed in this phase. This phase in itself is split into milestones and deliverables that are delivered to the client for further feedback.
• System Testing
  The system is tested in our testing lab at every milestone. We take the system through functionality, stress, and load testing.
• Handover
  This is the phase where we handover the system along with the documentation to the client or in some cases, the technical support staff of the system.
• Technical Support
  In most cases, we continue to support the system. Of course, for a small additional cost. 

All the above phases are iterative in case of e-Commerce systems as these systems are generally rolled out in many versions.
